I just uploaded 4 photos (I think) off of a couple of the rolls of film I developed yesterday. I have more to post soon, but right now I need to eat and go buy more film. Hope you guys like the deviations!

I just finished off the first Tri-X 400 roll of my comeback to photography. I'll be picking up some D-76 and fixer tomorrow or Saturday, which means, assuming I have anything worthy of posting, new photos will be up by Sunday at the latest. I'm so excited to develop a roll of film again! It's been too long...

So excited!

Also, I think I'm gonna get me one of those cheap-ass soviet rangefinder cameras off of eBay and go out and do some candid street photography. There's some areas here in Oakland that I'm just too afraid to venture into with an expensive camera and lens, but would make great photographs.

So, I know I haven't been doing any photography in a while. I am attempting to change that. I'll be getting back into the photography again; Oakland is too interesting a place to live and not photograph. So, I'll be digging out the old equipment and clicking away again for you guys. Not much else has changed... I've finally let go of some things that have needed to be excorcised for some time now, and I'm a better person for it. My predisposition towards falling head over heels in love with foreign women has grown, and, luckily, they seem to like me more, too. I'll be turning 21 this year (in June), the age in the US when you're finally no longer a minor according to the rules. I got my first tattoo recently, and that was exciting. It really didn't hurt as much as people say it would. I actually thought it was rather relaxing. My parents don't know about it yet...

Yeah. So, I'm still alive. I still love photography and developing. However, for the past year, I've been busy with school; gonna get my Bachelor's Degree in another year and a half already. Slightly after that last journal entry, I decided to quit being a whiny fuck-up and actually do something. So I did. Unfortunately, what this means for my devArt is that this page will probably not get updated much until I'm out of school and shit. I plan on trying to work photography back into my schedule over the next few months, but there is a very high possibility that I simply won't have the time. I've also become less of a bitch over the past year. So don't fuck with me anymore.

So I realize that I've been gone for a while. Fact is, everything was peachy fuckin keen. Novato wasn't too bad, Chad and I were having fun making gail-mercials, things were wonderful all around. I took a trip down to Orange (the O.C.) to see Steve and hang with his friends. Great times. I flew back on Monday and promptly got in a car accident, being the kind in which I fall asleep behind the wheel. Not going into details online, except that it was rather serious, although I was not injured. 4000 United States Dollars of damage to the truck. Things are not going well for Jason. So I hope y'all don't mind my more frequent absences. There is a reason behind everything.
